shop with sale of mozzarella campana and not only
I realized the very stylized mozzarella on bottom shrouded splash of milk.
As a character I used a paper contrasted with a serif font.

I think the key you need to aim for here is simplicity. There are too many elements stacked on top of each other, including letters. Try and represent the marketed product more concisely, and avoid stacking letters!
I agree wih Kills, it's a bit too complicated.
And if you want to symbolize milk, you might not want to give it a greenish color.
I love that main font you picked is pretty great. It's has personality and is instantly memorable. It kinda work ok with the subtext.
You need to simplify. Keep the circles, make them a recurring theme in the branding guidelines.

I think the splash can go. It doesn't add anything. I too like the font.
