The simplicity of this!!! Yes! Concise and classy! The only concern I have is the thin type "campano" you may want to thicken the stroke a bit or make the color a tad darker so it does not get lost.
I also think this works with the horizontal layout you had in version 1- maybe even a bit better than the stacked logo+type. Either way, much improvement- good job!
edit- one little nitpicky thing to perfect this- align your subtext with the bottom point of that G!
This is for sure an improvement. The colors are a bit hard to see, though. Maybe make the "Bianco Gusto" smaller and everything else larger, and make the green slightly darker.
I was going to adjust moving the G up a bit as well. It may not be how the text is aligned by default, so I think this is a rare case in which this calls for manual adjustment. That will allow you to make "Campano" larger.

Yes, this is working. Simple, neat and memorable. I'd like to see how the branding guidelines will integrate the circles.
Good job.
i really have a hard time reading the whole thing, and i'm not sure what that circle shape you have above the text is supposed to be...??
