We are a small sandwich bar who are looking for a clean sophisticated logo which will give our customers a relaxed feeling.
let me know what works what doesn't.

Rounded corners are relaxing indeed, so is the hue of blue you are using.
I wold only make the "O" in "YOLK" a real "O" since the current filled circle can be found inside the egg. Remove that and the logo will look more balanced.
P.S. is it "yolk" or yolke"?

What luenib said, you don't need that ugly circle in YOLK, otherwise it's quite nice.
