We are a small sandwich bar who are looking for a clean sophisticated logo which will give our customers a relaxed feeling.

chained the spelling error but does it look better without the filled out "O"??

yes- it looks much better.

I might try a lighter line weight for the egg outline, and a different complimentary font for "sandwich bar".... a classic sans serif.

but other than that- looks good.

I think it's great, but it's too cold for food. It needs something warm in there. Make sure it doesn't feel like it's eggs gone bad.
