I agree with Shawali. The bubbles take away from the lettering. Take the thingy off of the B and use your star burst for the dot on the i.

Yes. Shawli and cooperads are steering you in the right direction! Those bubbles won't work as an embroidered logo very well at all.
I LOVE the typography here and can imagine your color options as being the dark blue (found in the big bubble), then the secondaries as the lighter blue (in the middle of the second bubble) and of course the white (which I love).
This logo works so well without the bubbles!
