Not bad, but take away the gradient background please!!! Also the yellow M may get lost in a white background so rethink a the colors

I feel the kerning on the letters are off.
I would also re-think the colors and fonts.
the tag line font changed to a sans-serif font to stand out a little more??

Hmmm well check out here https://kuler.adobe.com/explore/most-favorite/?time=month for some color swatch ideas. I would play with more passionate colors? burgundies maybe?
The Yellow above would probably get lost on a white background.
Maybe you can even have color variations if you were to have different color substrates.
