Muito mais interessante, mas acho que deveria tentar seguir a ideia de um comentário anterior, e colocar a linha de baixo em uma fonte sans serif.

Im not sure why no one else has said anything, so maybe im the only one who feel like this but Im not crazy about the m|r thing. I see your idea but maybe you need to play with it a bit more. The font for the name looks good though and the colors will probably look good on anything right now. (black/white/red)

the letters look unnatural both in stroke and in repetition of the basic character. The idea is not bad but you got to refine the symbol. if you want to have more stability in the logo you should give more impact to the text and subtext with a bold non italic non serif font. also take the adivce of \mdcasino gave.
