Brief from client
so I have to pitch a logo to a medical database company. They maintain data for organizations.
Grey for knowledge and blue for health. Could use some heavy critique on this as it is for a pitch. Thank you :)
I'm about to lose this deal, any help would be nice.. thanks

suggestions for any font that would be nice for this :o
I like the concept. Don't think you need the rainbow of colours tbh. It also feels a bit claustrophobic on that dark background. I liked your reasoning for the first idea with the blue and grey. This would be much more effective with less colours imho.
The bottom left part of the medical side of the cross if that makes sense, it looks a bit too much like a drip. I'd maybe make the wave more shallow to eliminate that drip thing.
With regards to the type, does it have to be all caps? All caps is quite forceful and in your face. Although we're dealing with clinical, science and data subjects, aren't we also dealing with what is ultimately care? A lower case approach might give you that edge. you might not even need to change the font.
I really think that this could work and could get you the deal, but simplicity and fine tuning is key. :)
I agree with Jon about using all caps.
I think among your 3 options this one works best, maybe rethinking the colours - less colours.

I think this one is the strongest. As others said, I think limiting your colors to 2-3 would be advisable. Also would like to see the cross with sharper edges. As Jon pointed out, I see a drip at the base of the cross. You might also consider changing all caps to regular caps.

In addition to the opinion of all others (colors, edges and shallow curve, and lower case letters etc), I would recommend flipping the symbol vertically. Hope you getting my point.
