Brief from client 

My own personal logo, just wanted a clean simple abstract with a nice typography. Let me know if it works.

don't some more minor changes to this version. Do you guys reckon its now useable for my personal logo.

I like this best of the 3. The dark gray of ENESS works better with the symbol. The black outline was too overpowering before. I think the font for the tag is a little light in weight. It could be larger.. or heavier. Also appears a little too far to the right.

One more time:
Sideways NBC peacock feathers without a peacock and different color scheme.
I don't think this has any chance of becoming a unique and memorable logo.
Find a better idea and start from scratch.
