Brief from client
Hey, this should be a logo for a small event agency. With the name "f cubed event"
So less Flip Flop and more pure...
Don't know which of the four is the best.
Thanks for the help..
The mathematical aspect was kind of important to the client, because it stands for the straightforwardness of his business. Because its the three f's of his name :). What's wrong about the colour? :)
To me version 1 seems tumbling to the right. Orientation to the right side in means of progress is mostly an intended and desired aspect, but still a logo should never visually tumble... I also suggest to maybe reduce the overall height of the logo, that is the height of the letter symbol "f", at least in case of version 1... In the other cases the actual height works well... What do you think?
The typography seems to be quite alright but the 'f' which you used for the logo doesn't seem to be communicating what you want visually so go with a more professionl typeface for that logo mark as that one is too friendly.
Loose the lighter shade of blue as the drop shadow effect isn't needed. Its getting better though just a few more tweaks and you should be there.
Also use stronger striking colour schemes to make the overall design look more prominent.
Nice. Looks like something I designed for an events planner. When I say "professional" or "classy" colors I mean colors like ochre, wine, navy blue, dark gray, olive, and ever dark purple.
The color you pick for your logo depends on the type of events you design.
Why not change the approach here and create a 'cubed' F?
That way you can get rid of they '3' entirely.
That 'event' positioned on the bottom right is creating a misbalance, you need to solve this differently.
Color scheme is too soft, I think you need stronger contrast.

Still looks like Fhockdrei is a mathematician. I would put the "3" at the bottom, a bigger "3". Why the "3" anyway?
I'd like to see the whole "f" inside the dog-tag, a vertical dog-tag. No shadows on the "f".

The color doesn't say professional, elegant or classy. It says fresh, lively, friendly and even romantic.
I don't know, perhaps I'm getting it all wrong regarding what your client wants to communicate.
