Football Club Omasnica

FC Omasnica crest
Crest of a football club from Serbia that represents three villages - two of them named after a blacksmith workshop that was actually the foundation of the villages in medieval period, which are represented by the sword, and one, smaller, that was named after a pigeon and represented by the pigeon in flight on the crest. Of course, other than the name symbolism, sword and pigeon also form the balance between war and peace (battle during the football match and friendship after it's over).
The symmetrical play of blue and white fields is enriched with red elements carefully placed on the handle of the sword to form the Serbian flag in all directions (horizontal - left to right and right to left and vertical - downwards and upwards). Again, this symbolism is ambiguous, because these red elements remind of rubies that used to be placed on medieval swords, but can also be perceived as the color of the wine, which is one of the most important products of the area the club is based in.

more work on the logo, you need more strength, more energy because it is something sporty, you can simplify it, make more forms of shields, use other colors including some volume
What about changing the blacksmith element to a horseshoe- for luck.?
And making the ball more dominant?
I played around with it- it's far from perfect (and I didn't have the greek letters handy : P and the rest is stock...) --- but, something to think about?
Thanks for the effort. Looks pretty good, but the name of the village (and the club) means - a place where the sword are made, so the horseshoe wouldn't do it.
To me, symbolism is equally, if not more important than aesthetics, which is probably why I don't get too many positive comments.
This crest perfectly represents the landscape of the area, etymology, heraldry, history, even the mentality of our people. I'm just an amateur designer, so my technical possibilities are limited, which is why I'm seeking advices from expert designers here, but I'm not willing to sacrifice the symbolical side.
Well- that makes sense. Obviously there is meaning behind the elements that you know better than we do. I have a feeling that your design will go over better within your community as they understand the symbolism of the design better than people outside would. That being the case, take whatever technical help you can from this site. Don't take critiques personally- some of us (me included) have a style of criticism that some don't appreciate... but we all mean well. good luck.
Based on your original design and the elements you want to include
It's a very rough wire-frame of what I see.
How to use the red, blue and white? That required more thinking but I think that's the way a football logo looks. A logo that can fit in a patch stitched to the jersey.
