I think there are many things happening in there. I would suggest you either use the (y) or the (S).
You do not need the thin line.
The tagline needs to be little bigger, it is too small.

Actually there are two words in this name Yadu & Sam. Thats why I uses Y & S seperately. thanks for ur suggestions. thanks a lot. please tell me something where i can highlight both Y & S.

Try making a symbol with the initials and keeping your name in one clear font.

I agree with Mahayni. Too many things going on.

While the Y looks interesting, it doesn't gel with general look and feel of the logo. The S is barely readable. Basically, I read "aduam".

This logo needs to breath a little more, all the elements are cramped up.

But my advice would be to restart from scratch, but not before getting a lot fo inspiration and identify the style you like and having made a few dozen sketches on paper. You should go to Illustrator only when you know where you going.
