I am not certain using a specific style of hat is the best idea for a hat company. I like the type and see no benefit from having it covered by a hat.

The spacing between the M and the A makes me read this as HUM A.

I think the hat is pretty bulky for this logo. What kind of hats do they make? The hat also has 4 shades of blue, which is two too many.
