Love colors and typography - well done! In your symbol way too many elements.
Minimize that to one and see if you can find a way to connect that to your text or even include into. That is the area left to polish to finish this one, great job, so far!

I'd lose the outer "drones." They don't add that much, and this won't reduce well with them.

Boa ideia e boa concepção do logotipo. Gostei muito das cores e da tipografia.

I agree with the comments of Killswitch, the logo would look much better with a single drone, the source seems a good choice.
