iomaio

Brief from client
Lettering for my new domain. I wonder what the word "iomaio" in different languages, or what the association calls.
I tried to write a capital "I". Deleted all the lines. Corrected the stroke width.
Mmmh, now I see another problem. This o needs to be counter weighted and the new I doesn't really do that. Maybe you could try to remove the tail. I would also a try a lower case i.
I agree with Shawali. Since the word Iomaio is not immediately recognizable for most people, simpler is better. The version you chose originally looked a bit like Tomato at first glance! It's a beautiful design, but it evokes history and legacy as opposed to cutting edge graphic design - but that may be your style. I'd assume most clients want to look cutting edge, however - even museums nowadays! Also, Est. 2013 seems tongue in cheek to me.
The one that works best for me is the one you've chosen but i still dont think its quite right. I think the one Shawali pointed out looks to much like a J. I prefer your last version in the badge style to this one too!

Here are the options a capital "I". Which version is more like a "I"? Welcome any advice and criticism.
The middle right treatment works best imo.
Like this?

Tried to make the "i" in lower-case
Works.
I'd put a bit more space between each elements.
But it's looking fine =)
bottom left - the idea is good, a little modify

Thanx a lot for advice, silverdye! What does "tongue in cheek to me"?
It means it's bit of a joke. Generally, mentions like "established XXXX" is seen on old logos but it can be see on more recent company.
It's not really bad. It can be understood as you're new into the business, but you have some experience already.
But it's more of a trend that anything, really. Which I like, but I fear that'll come to pass.
