I like the idea, but your symbol is too complex. try it with only 2 or 3 puzzle pieces and make them about the same size.
The subtext is hard to read, it'll be unreadable in small sizes. J.A.R and Solutions are too close to each other. The J appears too small compared to the A and the R, try experimenting with some other fonts. I'd get rid of the "for", "Complex Questions, Simple Answers" sounds stronger in my opinion.

As it says —sorry— COMPLEX (i mean, very complex)

If you bring the answer, transmit it via your logo. there are a lot of elements.

Periods in J.A. adds a lot of mess to your idea

Your colors do the job.

Tipography: so weak, i preffer to see a more professionalized bold typeface

Greets.

Hope this helps

I agree with Darbo and Jefzor.

The logo is too complex, the idea is good but same as almost all logos around.

The symbol is (again) too complex, and as Jezfor said, you must use only 3 puzzle pieces. Try to find some inspiration at dribbble.com and be.net.

About the Typo, it looks old fashioned.

About the colors, good choice. But the green of the symbol is not the same of the typo, you must keep some concordance, some harmony. Apart from that, I said colors were a good choice, but still hurts the green typo when I see it. Use less green fluorescent.

I hope this helps you improve.

Greets,

— Leigh

Good start. Aside from the complexity of the symbol, there's a piece missing from the puzzle. That might not be the idea you want to convey when trying to show consumers you have solutions. I don't necessarily find a fault with the blue but the green looks way too RGB saturated and it becomes hard to read. Are they colors displaying here as you uploaded? I've seen people have upload issues when it comes to color. I would like to see where you take it from here. Good luck.
