Brief from client
A logo for my company. It will eventually become an advertising company. Until then it will make mobile apps. The drop signifies ink as well as water seeing as the company wants to promote eco-friendly solutions, like planting trees after using paper. Also the symbol is supposed to have a J+1 in it.

Looks nice! I still kinda would like to see what the "J" would look like if it didn't slant downwards and instead was just straight. I think your piece is stronger here type wise, since it's in all caps, looks like your "AD" may need to be moves 1-2px to the left though, it kind of rides a tad close to "ONE".
Symbol still looks awesome, nothing needs to change here and I like the subtext :D
Made the J like that so that maybe people will see J+1 easier in the symbol. I agree with the kerning.

yup looks way better! i would still be tempted to put the symbol on top and made bigger tho!, however i think it does work like this aswell, i think one thing to finish it off would be to make the "J" a bit taller so it looks like the slant is continuing on from the top of the slant on the symbol rather than the negative space on the symbol if you get what i mean!?! i no this will make the "j" taller than the other letters but im really interested to see if it will look better like that or not
This is a great logo. Personally, I don't make the connection between "plus one" and "add one", even though they are technically synonymous. That's just me, and please don't take this comment as anything negative about your work. The "AD" looks better in upper case.
well.. as I said... the symbol is a symbol.. those who want to break it down will, those who don't want to (and they are many) won't. Thanks for the critique

I don't really like doubling the symbol. Also the J looks like a 1, it's confusing.
This is by far my favorite version. Very nice work with shading.
