I really like the idea but take another look at the typograpghy !

I see something more abstract, I would define more curves because it looks very messy, plus typography does contrast with the image.

Type placement needs adjusting. Also, agreed with Emanuel. The main symbol needs to be cleaned up to have nice, even lines. I like the idea behind it, it looks like a new and refreshing logo for graphic design.
