Brief from client 

Logo for company Ready Lets, which deals with property management.

This is the single colour version of the logo, with no shading, gradients etc ...

Client has asked to include a house / building in the background but I'm not sure how to make that work.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I think it works, i like the key in the Y... Nice Job!
Clean simple not to many elements..

I like the idea... but in my opinion he thin font is not working

Cheers for the feedback Geracao. I was quite happy with the lettering and using the light italics, would you suggest using a different font entirely?

hi guys! I'm back... again... lot of work sorry..... emm the logo, many sharp angles... i like the font... but, not italic... do it with a single font weight...
