Logo for a Graphic Design Studio.The Symbol need to be an owl.
The color need to be purple. I try to change the typo and give space.

The curved strokes of this font flow more in harmony with the curves of the owl. I like it.
Try using the normal version of the font (not bold, but also not too thin) to make it more legible.

The color and font still isn't working in my opinion.
Does the type and the symbol have to be purple? Can you change the color of the type? I still think a sans serif would help a lot. Just try helvetica in gray...
The type is still too close to the symbol.
IMHO.
I think this typography can work, probably as a slightly thinner variant but, in my opinion, you still have that 'golden ratio' problem between graphic mark and text.
I think you should try experimenting some more with size and interaction between icon and type.
I love it, very strong.
i think this is the winner...i like the purple too was never a problem for me.
