I think there's too much going on in this logo, it's too complicated. The gradient background spoils it so much that it's even hard to look at the whole thing. Put this on a simple white background so we can see the logo please:)

i like it but would definitely like to see it on a white background. Also, why is the sail in the shape of a sycamore tree leave?

OMG, i like it :D. If there is a possibility to remove some details or simplify AND keep the feeling, you are a master. Also try and see how it looks on white background and in black and white in order to avoid problems.

Looks very very good. If it would be me I woul let it like that , but I'm afraid some details will distort at smaller scales. It hurts me to say but you should try to simplfy a little, just a little. Or you can make the water drops bigger so they would not dissapear or be just pixels.
