Ozols means (Oak) in my language. Windsurfers surname is Ozols.

I like this overall it show great Idea But the Few things I see may change the fact that its ready to go.

I think the light blue items are messing this whole thing up, it's like looking at a 3D picture without the glasses. Deleting that stuff would definitely help your logo.
