Doesn't look very appealing as a food logo. Light colours on a light background doesn't really work. The black drop shaddow makes the logo look dirty and almost (as much as I hate to say) 'Wordart'.
I suggest a re-look at the colours and use something that looks appealing as a food. Also you might be able to incorporate that wheat in to the Q somehow.
All around the logo isn't really working for me. Do a little research on other logos from people that have done the same thing sand see what it is about them that works and use those elements in your style. This product has been done by so many companies. Maybe not the exact product buy similar.
I hate being so negative but I guess that how you improve right?

Also it's very out of balance. It's very heavy to the left with the large Q as well as the wheat. When designing a logo I like to use the theory of balance as if you were to sit the logo on a thin edge in the middle what side would lean first, then even that out.
If that makes any sense at all....
