This is looking a lot better! I like where it's going. The wheat could probably be styleised a bit more. It looks a little bashed in at the last minute.

Maybe even put it in the ribbon so it's wrapped around it? Also because you have flat image of the wheat and a nice 3D ribbon it looks a little off. Can you style the wheat a bit more? Or make the ribbon look less styled? I think using flat pastel colours and not using gradients can make this look pretty cool.

Not sure what else to suggest but you're getting there. I would like to see what it's like as a flat colour ribbon twirling around the wheat with that font looking like it's flowing with the ribbon. Sort of a vintage logo type feel

Make sure you get a few more opinions before going and doing another one. I'm just one person.

Idea is good, I agree with above comment. Try to get the typo more in a wave on the ribbon. these letters are all very upright.
