Brief from client
We are starting a resort in Cambodia and would like to create a memorable logo for the resort.
I have reversed the wings of the figure to form a more apparent butterfly. I think it looks a little better.
much better than your first option, im still on the fence with the Main font you've used.. im not sure if its a good choice or not, perhaps i would choose something a bit more classier. U need to move the symbol away from the text to give a bit of space to breathe and you also need to add some colour! this is the main thing that sticks out to me, its just a dull brown.. giving it some colour with give it some life. keep working at this one and in the end i think you will have a nice logo for the beach resort. On that note maybe the symbol should be related to a beach resort, like a shell, waves, sun, palm tree or something like that instead of a butterfly. I look forward to seeing some further revisions

This is much better indeed.
But it's all too cramped. You need to loosen it up a bit, to let the composition breath. Especially with that font with sharp edges and pointy bits.
