Loose the gradient in the symbol, other than that the symbol is fine.

The font that your tag line is in needs a different one

think about adding another color as well, maybe a grey. Something that will compliment teal.

Incredible start! The swoosh element underneath the T has some inconsistencies when it comes to curves, i can see harder corners in some spots. when going for a shape like that it's important to keep bezier handles consistent.

The kerning between the RUS of trust is weirding me out.

The forms left of 'T' are very indicative of buildings. I like the simplicity.

Nooooooo gradients.

Looks like I'm in the minority so far.. but I am not a fan of this.. sorry.

Swooshes as graphic marks is really over done as well as 3-D first letter marks. A combination of the two, in my opinion, makes it that much worse.. not better.

The main type is chunky and the tag is too thin to compliment it.

Gradients are not necessary and I personally would use a dark blue for a company with the name "TRUST" as opposed to a baby blue.

Perhaps "TRUST" could make it as a wordmark by itself without the need of the graphic mark.

I'm not sure what's behind the "T" but I would remove the whole thing or start over with a different idea.

The font used in the tagline is not helping but I like the teal in "TRUST" without gradients.
