Brief from client
logo for engineering & construction management company..
logo should be: elegant, related & can be applied on various channels
Number two by far but loose the line between the name and the tagline. Possibly separate it by using different colours. Good job though I like it. If any concerns though I'm worried about the 'U' being interpreted as a 'V' if you've thought about that too you should work on that part.
Option #2 is the best. I also think you should either lose the horizontal line (or look at making it the same color as the rest). I agree with "G13Design", the tagline will be completely lost. Maybe, try on 3 separate lines:
ENGINEERING
& CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT
I would also align the tagline text, so it is flush on left and right (justified, with different type sizes).
I do think that the "U" is fine. I don't think anyone will get it confused with a "V".
Like it. Loose the line under TRUST. Oh... and because of use of negative space you won't be able to use your symbol as stand alone. But if that is of no bother then i guess -- Well done!

I like number 2 if I had to choose, We cant give your logo a fair rating with more than one design, I would just keep posting 1 logo at a time
2
yeah i'd go with #2 also. lose #1, #3 i am a little iffy about but the text is hard to read when it is gray

As said above- #2.. without the line.
The tag is going to get lost at any smaller size though.
I think I have seen something very similar to this.. but I can't remember where exactly.
Anyway- much better than the Trust-Henge fiasco.
I'm not really sure about connecting the symbol to the wordmark, not even using negative space or continuation.
Anyway, #2 seems to be the most appealing. I see you are using the gray divider to support the width of the tagline but I think it should go away.
