I insist: the text below is very weak against the symbol, if it isn't important remove it. If not (again) Make it important (don't be afraid to make it bigger, or at least, try to give a little more personality to it), i think the obsession in keeping it into the margins between the lower part of the V and the A is killing all other the possibilities.

In this case the order is killing the brand, although the symbol is good.

I insist: the last period is necessary, following the rules in this aspect will provide a more professional result.

About the reflection: Now is good, before, it was almost to be outstanding. The current one is an exercise continuously repeated.
