i like the colors but be careful with it, i see a power sign and i see these colors and think of Xbox 360. i recommend a different font choice. i'm not feeling the typography for this one. you need something that's bold and strong.

This is a very effective looking logo. I hope the box is not part of the logo. The bottom text is too close to the name.
