My initials are NJP and I've been using a handwritten version of this mark since middleschool.

I wouldn't mind seeing the handwritten logo... but this one doesn't work for me. Your curves are not smooth, the counter of the P doesn't line up. Then you have a really thick letter N. Then a third stroke weight in the J, with a ball serif and a random cut out. It's like 3 entirely separate ideas mushed together.

*** It reads JNP as is.
If this is going to represent you, I would suggest putting much more time into sketching and refining it. It should be perfect, especially since it's yours!
