"En frente" is a self developement group for people who seek for personal growth.
The idea of the logo is to depict the process of self development getting out of a person's old ideas and start confronting whith oneself .

This is a super abstract idea you're going for, so it's a challenge for sure.
I'm not sure how I feel about the symbol. The square boxes are a bit distracting, and the person looks dismembered at the hip. Plus, it would make more sense to echo the bullet than to use a square. Just a thought.
The person itself doesn't really bother me too much, I just don't really understand its purpose, even after reading your description. Maybe try new ideas here?
The colors and font are really dull and uninviting. Experimentation is needed here.
