Sorry this is really not working for me.

What bothers me the most, is that that silhouette seems to just say "stop, don't go any further". And not a in good way (if there were any good one)

Also the revers "En" not really needed, it only complicates things without bringing anything to the place.

Globally, this logo clearly lacks research, inspiration and sketching.
