Grande Bandeirada do 15
Brief from client
This one is a little logo I made a while back(but still haven't used) for some sort of political event in which the people in it would hold/use flags during the event time. "Grande Bandeirada do 15", almost literally means "Great 15's Flagging/Flag".
I had to use the Red and Yellow colors on it, but since their official background was already bright red, I decided on using white instead, so the logo would not disappear/merge with it. I also had the option to create a flag on it, to better ressemble the meaning of the event itself.

I used white/yellow instead of red/yellow because their original/official background is already red. I did not wanted the logo to merge with it.
I also added some effect stars that ended up being part of the logo itself. They help to add greatness and enthusiasm to the logo, which I think is what a political event logo needs.
Since I had to use red/yellow, I used some yellow in the name "Bandeirada" and the number "15"for a better prominence in the official red background.

A version with a simple/common red background.
Effect stars do nothing for a logo in 2016, unfortunately. You're better off without them.
