Is that a vulture? I do like these colors but I have a few gripes. "Design" is ever so slightly larger than "Forbes Visual". It would look more appealing if you resized it so both lines of text have the same width.

The diamond circle is not working at all. I would say just get rid of it.

I like the idea of the bird but think it could be better drawn and cleaned up a bit. Get rid of the white lines separating the different parts of the bird, or at least the parts with the same color.

Finally, I want it more connected to the type. Maybe it is flying away with the "s"??
