Self Branding

Brief from client
Since I was my own client, I wanted my logo to be clean, professional, and use one color (if any). I also wanted my logo to graphically say something that represents me as a graphic designer.
For the new version I've swapped around the placement of the colors and I also made the red a tad darker. I changed the font to 'Poppins' which I think looks a little better and I got rid of the '|' character between Web and Graphic and replaced it with a '+' sign. Lastly, I swapped the order of Web and Graphic on the subtext. You are all awesome by the way for the feedback.

I think your typeface could still use a fresh choice, but other than that the only change I would make is make your subtext smaller than the name. Good improvements. I could go either way on the colors, but the darker red is nice.
I like the color change to the graphic, the white arrow stands out more. I thought the previous font selection, however common, was a better choice.
As for your subcopy, I think the word choice is a bit awkward, particularly the previous version. This one is better, but might I suggest:
GRAPHIC ARTS • WEB DESIGN
i don't really like the font. The subtext s too think compared to the main font.
Also i really don't think the + works. I would try what unterm suggested with the bullet
