Hey hey hey, that's a great improvement!
I particularly like the symbol. Very dynamic and has a lot of character. Maybe I'd remove the smallest drop.
I'm not really sure about the font, though. It's not terrible but it really looks like a free type from DaFont. If you really want to keep the tagline in the logo, which I advise against, try to have two different but complementing fonts.
My beef with the whole strategy, or lack of there of, still stands. The name and the tagline don't make sense to me.
