urmania ™, It's yours !

I like the U and R combination, but it leaves "mania" hanging and doesn't make for a very cohesive logo. Is the "it's yours!" a tag line or actually part of the company name. It is hard to tell in this example.

No. You're just playing around with U and the R, but it really shows that you have no idea where you going.

I think you need to walk away from this for a bit and get some new inspiration. Most of these versions look like you're grinding along on the same concepts. (Been there before) I would even revert back to straight black and white until you get some base concepts that work. If you put great frosting on a shitty cake you still have a shitty cake. Clear your mind on this and like Shawali said, sketch some ideas, even if it's on a bar napkin while you're out getting some liquid inspiration. ;) Keep at it and good luck.
