Brief from client
People's Atelier is a shop in which people design and fabricate the products being sold:
Thanks to our daily design workshops, software training, 3D fabrication tools and help from guest designers, people will create, make and sell products such as furniture, homeware, fashion items or even cakes!
-The brief for PA's logo is to express the idea of multiplicity: This shop is all about people's creativity. It might be inspired by cubism, jazz or any art and concept which can be perceived as personal or "bottom-up".
-The logo could also be about contemporary fabrication tools such as laser-cutter, 3D printer or CNC milling machines.
-It might reflect the software being used such as the idea of using simple parameters to create multiple forms from one "associative" geometry.
-As an "Atelier" or workshop, the logo should have a "school-like" spirit, where people want to learn, create, make.
Thank you for your critiques. I tried to show more clearly what the company does which is mainly 3D printing workshops.

Bring some colours! I think that would be better.

the idea looks good but it lacks in impact. Give some solid colors to the elements .
good, creative ideas, but the color of fonts should be more contrast than the background to be seen clearly.
Idea/concept - okay can be improved,
colors are not yet there
typography can use much better ones there are lot many avoid basic fonts like this one. Its for a 3D based company you can do a lot better..do more work on your drawing board.

I agree with Abbas. This one is better than the first one, but still missing something!! you need something stronger.
Why the 2 'P's? The P in the window should be part of the spelling for Peoples. Then again, there should be an 'A' as well in that case as the name is in two parts. Not very good idea anyway. Could be more crafty looking.

i dont like it.. just an idea, if its for a 3D printing company then why not make the letters 3D or have a symbol thats 3D, might not work but u never no!

cant really recommend any 3D fonts buts its not too difficult to make a normal font look like its 3D by using a thick stroke at an offset angle
Arthur why dont you try to creat a logo made with parts of diferent pieces? I dont know if I made my self understand couse of my english...

Yes that's right. Since you said at the briefing that the logo is for a space that produce several different items.
Arthur, I really don't like the colors and typography, but, why don't you try to make a different symbol?
Excellent image, maybe erase the outline, and the gray more darker
