yeah.. i agree. be careful with the fonts. Also this idea is worse then the previous one. Try starting for scratch.Leave this idea and try coming with something better. Remember- a logo is something that a company will have, if not for life at least for a long time. Also the excavator should have something with yellow perhaps. This color sends the message of excavator better then the red (this is only a suggestion)

Your "C" doesn't read as a C. The "M" is iffy also.

Work up a lot of sketches on paper before you get to the computer- you'll be surprised how much better the creative process will be.
