This is a company that renting hidraulic escavators

I have took your opinions and i think, this is the final result, A logo, very simple but strong.

Super. Even the carrier makes it look stronger and bolder.

Find a "traditional" looking sans-serif and use it in the tagline.

Use the yellow of the frame in the wordmark and tagline.

The carrier is the black background with a yellow frame and round corners. That looks very good.

The "traditional" looking sans-serif is something like Arial, no fancy cut terminals, no weird looking letters, and no lowercase/uppercase combination. Find a font like that and use it in the tagline.

Exacto. Arial es el ejemplo mas clasico de sans-serif font. Busca algo parecido
