Yellow on white generally doesn't work, there isn't enough contrast between the two. The shape to the left looks more like a golf club head than an excavator bucket. This font isn't working for you either.

I'm sorry, but I think you need to study design and communication arts before attempting logo design. It is actually a delicate art and I'm not seeing a base comprehension of graphic design in your work.

I am not trying to insult you. I think you would benefit from study. We all studied before designing anything with merit and continue to study. A good starting point is this site:

Coming up with a logo that works is not a matter of good luck, but good judgement and knowledge.
