This isn't working.. I would find a more suitable symbol.

Execution is poor... the overlap of the elements is easily visible. They are off center or out of alignment.

Don't squeeze your type to make it fit.. it butchers it and looks poor.

this is very poorly executed. this looks like a banana peel being spun like a fan and the typography is terrible. rethink the entire idea.
