Brief from client 

Logo for a potential game production company. Something using ghosts and good and evil. Representing on not only our good games but also our clever and sometimes crafty ways in terms of creating games.

I like this but geracao is right the fonts need work, also i would sugest fixing the hands to show the stomach...? see sample =)

I think you still need to work on both the symbol and the company name. The symbol needs smoother lines and I would simplify it too, take out the white hand from the shadow etc. The symbol is too big now compared to the company name and the company name is asking for a thicker font that goes together with the symbol.

uh, the idea is fine but is too rough for the moment. make a mirror image , equal in size. make it smaller and simpler, not so cartoonish. Also the typography needs some work there.

I think if you make the shadow image the same size/height as the actual guy standing there it'll a.) be too tall of a logo and b.) I think the designer WANTS the shadow guy to be smaller/hunched over, etc because they both represent different things- one is good, one is evil, right? So I'd definitely work on maybe simplifying the monster dude(s) (or could you have his shadow being projected onto a wall behind him so the logo isn't so tall?) and that font has GOTTA go- it's far too thin and weak!
