Logo for a potential game production company. Something using ghosts and good and evil. Representing on not only our good games but also our clever and sometimes crafty ways in terms of creating games.

Version 3 and 4 are great.
I think version 3 had more going for it, more energy. There is something about the shadow devil guy sneaking up behind the angel that seemed more fun.
not a fan of the font but it doesn't bother me. Version 3 would go better in my opinion too but this is also ok.
I love the intention but the end result, not so much.
For me, it is too cluttered. All these little elements like the wings, arms and horns kinda get in the way. Especially with the shadow ghost.
The font is terrible. Too small, badly kerned, all cramped up. There are plenty of really cool fonts outhere. See if you can find anything here www.losttype.com
Thanks for the input! I purposely wanted an "imperfect font" so that explained my reasoning behind it, however I can play around and see if I can make a "cleaner revision".
Still funny...
It's come a long way. I like it. But I don't think you need to show his hand in the shadow at all.
I think that the symbol is to big... But I like the idea.
Oh, and try centering the type "optically" under the ghost...
This version is probably my favorite of all the updates.
